Delivery and Supply Coverage

Delivery and Supply Coverage

SINEM Afrique ships orthopedic and rehabilitation equipment from our Yaoundé warehouse to customers across Cameroon and into the wider Central and West African region. This page sets clear expectations on where we deliver, how long it takes, and what documentation we provide.

Cameroon — primary coverage

Yaoundé (Centre Region)

Same-day or next-day delivery for orders placed before 14:00 local time. Our warehouse is in Yaoundé, and the city is our primary delivery zone for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and individual customers.

Douala (Littoral Region)

Standard 1-2 business day delivery to Douala — the second largest customer base in Cameroon. We use trusted regional carriers for transit between Yaoundé and Douala.

Other regions in Cameroon

  • West Region (Bafoussam, Dschang)
  • North-West (Bamenda)
  • South-West (Buea, Limbe, Kumba)
  • South (Ebolowa, Kribi)

CEMAC zone — cross-border supply

We supply institutional buyers in:

  • Gabon

Cross-border deliveries are arranged on a per-order basis. We prepare full export documentation: pro-forma invoice, certificate of origin, CE conformity declarations, and packing list.

West Africa — project and tender supply

For project-scale orders we ship to Nigeria, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Benin, Togo, and Ghana. Lead times depend on the carrier and customs clearance in the destination country.

Documentation we provide on every order

  • Pro-forma invoice (XAF, USD, or NGN)
  • Final commercial invoice
  • Packing list with SKUs and quantities
  • CE Medical Device certificates on request
  • Certificate of origin for cross-border orders
  • Manufacturer (Wingmed) declarations of conformity

Payment

We accept bank transfer, mobile money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money), and other instruments depending on the buyer. Hospitals and recurring institutional buyers can request payment terms after the first transaction.
