Our story
In 2019, our founder Vitalis Manjong's father nearly lost his leg to osteomyelitis. The family searched everywhere in Cameroon for the orthopedic care he needed. There was nothing — not the right brace, not the right specialist, not the right post-surgical support.
They evacuated him to Türkiye. He recovered. But on the flight home, Vitalis made a promise: no other Cameroonian family should have to leave the country to find a single brace, a single splint, or a single specialist.
SINEM Afrique Medical was born from that promise. Five years later, we are the exclusive orthopedic supplier to three of Douala's largest hospitals — and we are extending that same standard of supply across West and Central Africa.
