Refund and Returns Policy

SINEM Afrique Medical supplies orthopedic supports, compression products, rehabilitation equipment and related medical support products from Douala, Cameroon. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled for online and direct orders.

Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.

Eligible return conditions

  • The product must be unused, clean, undamaged and returned with its original packaging where applicable.
  • For medical, orthopedic, compression and hygiene-sensitive products, returns are accepted only when the item has not been worn, used, washed or altered.
  • Products must include all accessories, labels, inserts and parts supplied with the order.
  • Proof of purchase, order confirmation or invoice may be required.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If the product arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, contact SINEM Afrique Medical within 7 calendar days. After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund depending on the issue and product availability.

Non-defective returns

We may accept returns for non-defective products when the item is unused, unopened where hygiene requires it, and in resellable condition. Because many SINEM products are medical or body-contact items, we reserve the right to refuse returns that cannot safely be resold.

Items that may not be returnable

  • Used, worn, washed, damaged or altered products.
  • Compression stockings, braces, splints, supports and other body-contact products that have been worn or removed from sealed hygiene packaging.
  • Special orders, bulk procurement orders or products sourced specifically for a customer, unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window.

Return method

To start a return or exchange, contact us first by WhatsApp, phone or email. Do not send a product back without confirmation from the SINEM team.

Return shipping and fees

  • For defective, damaged or incorrect products confirmed by SINEM, SINEM will help arrange the appropriate replacement or refund process.
  • For non-defective returns or customer-requested exchanges, the customer may be responsible for return transport or delivery costs.
  • Any delivery fee originally paid may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error by SINEM Afrique Medical.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds may be issued through the original payment method, mobile money, bank transfer, store credit or another agreed method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment channel.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for size, model or product-family changes when the original product is eligible for return and the requested replacement is available. Price differences, delivery costs or availability constraints may apply.

Politique de retours et remboursements : SINEM Afrique Medical accepte les demandes de retour ou d échange dans un délai de 7 jours calendaires après réception de la commande, sous réserve que le produit soit inutilisé, propre, non endommagé et dans son emballage d origine lorsque cela est applicable.

Pour les produits médicaux, orthopédiques, de contention ou en contact avec le corps, les retours sont acceptés uniquement si le produit n a pas été porté, utilisé, lavé ou modifié. Les produits défectueux, endommagés ou incorrects doivent être signalés rapidement par WhatsApp, téléphone ou email.
